What is the warranty on our products?

The products offered are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years from delivery on new products at the seller's expense, in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user regulations.


If the product you have purchased has a defect covered by the legal warranty, you are entitled to demand from the seller the repair or replacement of the defective product, free of charge. In addition, you also have the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases:


if repair or replacement is not possible or is unreasonably expensive.

if the seller fails to repair or replace the product within a reasonable period of time

if the repair or replacement causes you significant inconvenience.

However, this does not mean that a minor defect that prevents the repair or replacement of the purchased products, that makes them too costly or that automatically entitles you to termination of this contract.


The legal warranty covers defects of conformity that become apparent within two years of delivery of the product. In order to make use of it, you must communicate the defect to the seller within two months of discovering the defect.


We will at all times help you to manage, through our customer service, any warranty that may be applicable to the products purchased.


Warranty extension

If you have purchased the extended warranty, you will get an express replacement of the product under the following conditions:


If you purchase the 1 year warranty extension, the service will cover the first year of legal warranty.

If you purchase the 2 year warranty extension, the service will cover the two years of legal warranty.

General conditions of the warranty extension:


The warranty upsale will not cover accidental material damage and any damage caused by dropping, knocks, breakage or any intentional or fraudulent act involving bad faith, committed by the customer.


This service will only cover damage due to wear and tear of the product that is not due to misuse. You are entitled to a single replacement, unless the new shipment has not been received or contains any damage or defect, in this case, you must notify us in writing attaching the necessary graphic evidence and explanations within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt.


express' replacement: with the warranty extension the replacement process will be much faster, you will be asked for the graphic evidence and explanations of what is wrong with the product to proceed as soon as possible, saving the step of having a quality and warranty court decide on the situation, as it would take months.

Compensation with a similar model from the catalog: if the product meets the conditions to be replaced, we will value the option of replacing it with a similar product from the current catalog and always of a higher range than the one you have purchased, when the model you have purchased is out of stock or has been withdrawn from the catalog.

Technological products: if you have purchased a technological product and due to the correct but continued use of the same, some of its accessories or buttons are worn or damaged by its use, we will replace that accessory or in its case the complete product.

Watches: if for example you purchase any of our watches, and due to the correct but continued use of it, the straps, buckles or buttons are worn or damaged by its use, we will replace that accessory or in its case the entire product.

Textile products: if you purchase any textile product from our catalog, such as a knee brace, and due to the correct but continued use, any stitching, buckle or hook is worn or damaged by its use, we will replace that accessory or the entire product.
